Sam Frederick is a versatile filmmaker with over 14 years of experience in the Film and Television industry. His skill set spans the full length of production. Credit roles include Director, Cinematographer, Editor and Producer on a range of projects including documentaries, TV entertainment, TVCs, corporate and music videos. For eight years Sam worked in Melbourne for Renegade Films (Wilfred, RocKwiz) on hundreds of high quality productions.
Since relocating to the Northern Territory in 2016, Sam has worked on long form productions in the roles of DOP & Editor and now most commonly works as a Director/DOP on documentaries and creative projects. Working in the Top End has also offered enriching opportunities to collaborate in Indigenous contexts with Aboriginal directors, story tellers and talent.
